The 19th Annual National Believe, Build, Complete, Become Summit will be held on March 4-7, 2026 at the Tampa Convention Center.
For 19 years the National Believe, Build, Complete, Become Summit (Formerly, National Black, Brown and College Bound Summit) has been the national leader in advancing access, equity and excellence in higher education for underserved students. This Summit provides an avenue for students in higher education to network with accomplished professionals and learn about programs geared towards helping them reach their educational goals. The participants are provided with a series of theme-based workshops on contemporary issues bringing together college students and scholars to dialogue about critical issues, share successful strategies and explain how to implement best practices.
Believe: Empowering students to believe in themselves and their potential.
Build: Encouraging them to develop the skills, relationships, and resilience they need.
Complete: Focusing on college persistence and degree completion
Become: Highlighting personal transformation and contribution to society after graduation
